2. Payment Terms
Fees for our services are set out in your specific service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST.
- Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance.
- Setup fees must be paid before work commences.
- Advertising spend (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) is billed directly to your payment method by the respective platforms and is not included in our management fees.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
3. Advertising and Estimates
BKBS One provides estimates for advertising costs, lead generation, and potential returns (including through our Profit Calculator). These are estimates only based on industry averages and past performance.
We do not guarantee specific results, leads, sales, or return on ad spend (ROAS). Advertising performance varies based on numerous factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes. BKBS One is not liable for any financial losses incurred through advertising campaigns.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, BKBS One and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on BKBS One. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from BKBS One for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
- Republish material from BKBS One
- Sell, rent, or sub-license material from BKBS One
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from BKBS One
- Redistribute content from BKBS One
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website.
